Yummy Tummy ButterScotch IceCream

ButterScotch with chocolate sauce and coconut shaving
Butterscotch ice-cream
Serves: 6
Prep Time: 1:20


Ingredients:
* 2 cup milk
* 2 bowl/cup fresh cream
* 12 tbsp confectionary sugar
* 2 tsp cornflour
* 5-6 drops orange color
*5 -6 Drop Butterscotch essence
*1/4 spoon CMC and 1/4 spoon GMS (ice cream softner)
*Walnuts and cramel crunch as per need

Recipe:

Take a half bowl mik and keep on heat for 10 min and now take another 1/2 cup milk in bowl and add cornflour in it mix it well.
now lets put that cornflour mix to hot milk and raise the burner to high flame for 5 min.
After taking it down from heat make it lil cool and add sugar and mix it well,
take mixture grinder pot add above mention mix, CMC and GMS,fresh cream,and rest of the ingredients and make only one
turn in grinder and keep in air tight box in freezer and serve yummy cool...
